WHERE DO WE DELIVERY AND WHAT'S THE COST ?
Local Delivery (3–5 business days): - Newmarket: Free delivery on any order (within 5 km) - Within York Region: Flat fee of C$ 5.00, or free for orders over C$50 (within 16 km) - Downtown Toronto: Flat fee of C$10.00, or free for orders over C$70 (within 10 km). At checkout, your address will automatically determine which delivery options and rates apply. If you’re outside our local delivery areas, you can still choose from our broader shipping options: Standard Shipping: - Within Ontario: C$15.00 or free for orders over C$80.00 - Within Canada: C$20.00 or free for orders over C$95.00

Our treats are inspired by some of our favourite human foods and are made in small batches with the same high-quality ingredients you can trust. Unlike many pet store treats that may have unknown or artificial ingredients, we focus on using simple, natural, and limited ingredients. There are no added sugars, salt, artificial colours, flavours, preservatives, or stabilizers. Each treat is crafted with human-grade quality, so you know exactly what your pet is getting our delicious and wholesome goodness in every bite.
WHAT INGREIDENTS ARE USED IN OUR TREATS ?
Our treats are made without any flour, wheat, or corn. Instead of full-fat cow dairy, we use goat milk, which is gentler on your furry kid's digestive system. All of our products are low in fat, and for our beef and chicken treats, we make sure to remove all excess fats before processing to ensure the healthiest treat possible.
WHERE DOES OUR TREATS MANUFACTURED ?
We HAND MAKE all our treats IN SMALL BATCHES in a residential kitchen in Newmarket, which is regularly inspected and cleaned after every baking session. All of our ingredients are HUMAN GRADE AND COME FROM TRUSTED CANADIAN SUPPLIERS approved by Health Canada. We are also FOOD HANDLER / CANADIAN FOOD SAFETY CERTIFIED through SafeCheck, with our certificate date being January 2024.
HOW SHOULD OUR TREATS BE STROED ?
Our treats DO NOT CONTAIN ANY PRESERVATIVES, so we recommend consuming them as soon as possible after opening the sealed package. Our treats are dehydrated to preserve their freshness, but since humidity levels can vary by household, we suggest storing the treats in a cool, dry place. For longer shelf life, refrigeration is also a great option. Before feeding your furry kids, always check for any signs of moisture or mold. If you’re ever uncertain about the condition of the treats, it's safest to discard them to ensure the well-being of your furry kids.
